The best fine dining in the area, period. Farm-to-table with ingredients from their own organic garden. Stunning hilltop ocean views, infinity pool, and a menu that changes with what is fresh. This is where you go for a special occasion. Reservations recommended. In the Mar Vista development above Brasilito.

Indian

First Indian restaurant in Guanacaste. Authentic dishes, creative cocktails, atmospheric decor. 400m north of the Westin. A nice change from the usual seafood.
