Good to know
- Planning fees cover our time, research and coordination. PlayaCR may also receive commissions from some local partners at every level, and we only recommend vendors we trust.
- Preferred partner rates and priority pricing are available only with select PlayaCR partners and cannot be guaranteed for every booking.
- Group & Event Planning starts at $1,500 and is customized based on group size, trip length, number of vendors and events, logistics and level of support needed.
- On-site coordination, when requested, is quoted separately. A typical starting range is $350 to $500 per coordination day, depending on hours and complexity.
- Grocery pickup, delivery and villa pre-stocking can be arranged for an additional service fee.
- All prices in US dollars. Planning fees are paid before planning starts.
