The fee covers our time, research and coordination and is paid before planning starts. It is customized based on group size, trip length, number of vendors and events, logistics and the level of support you want. Every booking we make for the group is still at the operator’s price, with no booking fee, and PlayaCR may receive a commission from some local partners.

Frequently asked questions
Is booking still free if we pay for group planning?
Yes. The planning fee pays for Jenny’s time running the trip. Every villa, boat, chef and transfer is booked at the operator’s price with no booking fee added.
How far ahead should a group book?
Six to nine months for peak season (December through April) and for any villa that sleeps 15 or more, because there are only a handful on this coast and they go first. Green season groups can often be arranged in two to three months.
Can one villa fit 15 or more people?
A few can. More often a group takes two or three houses in the same gated community or on the same street, and we plan the week so everyone still eats, sails and celebrates together.
Do you handle the payments for everyone?
We build the budget and payment tracker and tell you exactly who owes what and when. Each vendor is paid directly at their price, so there is no markup hiding in a package.
What about weddings?
We plan the wedding week: villas, guest transport, welcome dinner, boat day and the after-party. For the ceremony and reception itself we bring in a local wedding planner we trust and coordinate with them.
